Infobip experienced a 24-minute WhatsApp service degradation in their Global (Europe) data centers on February 25th from 10:04 to 10:42 UTC. The incident caused delays and processing issues affecting inbound and outbound WhatsApp traffic, message delivery, and "seen" reports for customers using the service. The degradation was successfully resolved with normal service operations restored.
This is to inform you that the degradation of our WhatsApp service hosted in our Global (Europe) data centers has been successfully resolved. During the incident timeframe, Infobip customers using the WhatsApp service may have experienced issues with inbound and outbound traffic processing, as well as delayed delivery and delayed “seen” reports.
