The issue has been successfully resolved and the service is once again operational.

Delivery reports related to inbound traffic were partially delayed due to intermittent issues with the MO service by processing and forwaring the delivery reports.

During the specified period, some delivery reports for inbound traffic and the corresponding events may have been delayed, causing notifications about the delivery status to not be updated immediately.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the MO service that processes events related to inbound traffic. As a result, some inbound delivery reports are experiencing delays.
