Outage Details

We have identified an issue while accessing CAI console in NA West 1, US East 4, US East 6 and EM West 1 pods. Users may not be able to open processes from the CAI Console. We are working to address the issue. All processes are executing normally and there is no runtime impact, this is affecting process execution view in CAI Console only. Next update at 1:30 PM PT.

We have implemented the fix in US East 4, US East 6 and EM West 1 pods. The CAI Console is operating normally and completed processes are opening as expected. All services are operating normally.

We continue monitoring the services.

We have implemented a fix for the issue in NA West 1 and the CAI Console is operating normally. All completed processes are opening as expected.

The fix is being applied in US East 4, US East 6 and EM West 1 pods. We will update the status page once completed.
