Issue while accessing CAI console in US East 4 pod

This incident has been resolved.

We have isolated the cause and are working on a fix for the issue.
We will update the status page as the fix gets applied.

All CAI processes are executing normally. This issue is affecting monitoring in the UI only.

We have identified an issue while accessing the CAI console in the US East 4 pod. Users may not be able to open processes from the CAI Console. We are working on the issue.
