Outage Details

Informatica Global Support has identified an issue, where same primary key from same source system, if used across Business Entities, Purge By Business Entity will delete unexpected data. If you have possibility of such data and you have executed Purge by Business Entity job, please get in touch with Global Customer Support via a support Case. We are actively working on the resolution of the issue. ETA for Emergency Bug Fix ( EBF) is no later than Feb 5th, 2024. Exact date and time for the EBF will be announced via separate notification. Till Feb 5, 2024 we have disabled Purge By Business Entity Capability accessible via - Global Settings -> Purge data -> "Purge records that belong to a specific business entity" For immediate data deletion needs and for any other questions please feel free to log a support case and we will have happy to assist you.
