Outage Details

We had an issue with on US WEST 1 AZURE pod which could have impacted task flows having file ingestion tasks and also ability to create and validate new file ingestion tasks. We are monitoring the results. This is resolved now.

We had an issue with on US WEST 1 AZURE pod which could have impacted task flows having file ingestion tasks and also ability to create and validate new file ingestion tasks.

We are monitoring the results. This is resolved now.
