We are noticing intermittent failures with Task flows with Mass Ingestion Tasks since 6 AM PST in NA WEST 1 We are actively investigating the issue.

An Initial Incident Review has been updated on https://knowledge.informatica.com/s/article/RCA-incident-for-NA-West-1-POD-on-Jul-05.

Informatica is working on identifying further details including final root cause & preventive actions. Upon completion, Informatica will share a detailed incident report.

Issue is fixed and solution is already provided for this incident per the previous updates. We have kept this open to check for any alternative steps to automatically resume/start the task flow instead of manually aborting. The next status update would be on Tuesday EOD PST.

The issue is currently fixed and validated. For any existing task flows that are stuck due to this, current solution is to abort and restart the task flow. For scenarios where it is not feasible to restart the task flow, our R&D is still working on alternative steps to mitigate this. We will continue to update the status. The next status update would be on Monday EOD PST

Issue is currently fixed and validated. For any existing task flows that are stuck due to this, current solution is to abort and restart the task flow. The fix has been deployed on Pod1 and the task flows that are invoked from now should execute fine. As for the existing task flows that are currently stuck, we are still working on next steps to mitigate this. We will continue to update the status page.
