Initial Incident Analysis:
A small set of agents experienced agent upgrade failures during July upgrade that caused failures launching the scheduled jobs. This small set of agents had changes of OS Machine ID, Hostname, and/or Mac Address since the generation of the previous encryption key.
Note:- Informatica is working on identifying further details including final root cause & preventive actions. Upon completion, Informatica will share a detailed incident report.

We have encountered an issue with the AgentCore upgrade during the July 2024 major release. Several agents are currently stuck in the "AgentCore Upgrading" status. Our team is actively investigating the issue.
