The UI slowness was caused due to customer facing ISP and not related IDMC hosting provider. This issue has been resolved by customers switching to alternative ISP.
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
As per the initial investigation, the issue seems to be with one of the Internet Service Providers from India connecting to the US west region.
