IDENTIFIED 2 months ago - at 02/24/2025 06:53PM

The fix for this issue was previously deployed to all February-upgraded pods and is known to have addressed multiple scenarios.
However, we have also identified that, in certain isolated scenarios, the issue has reoccurred. Teams are actively investigating the situation to pinpoint the cause and work on a resolution.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we address this matter.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can abort the hung task on the monitor UI so that the next schedules run fine.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
