Due to AWS deployment issues last Saturday, the deployment to the Europe region did not complete successfully. All other regions completed successfully. Due to this, we are rescheduling the Europe region deployment as detailed below.

Europe customers can expect that all three services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Actions Required:
Before the maintenance window, all Europe users and administrators should follow the steps below:
  • Disconnect InGenius (IGC)
  • Log out of the CRM
  • Close all InGenius Admin app browser tabs and windows
  • Close all InGenius CRM browser tabs and windows

After the maintenance window, all Europeusers should follow the steps below:

  • Clear browser cache
