Provisioning failures and high latencies for cluster management operations and monitoring

This incident has been resolved.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are further seeing elevated latencies and error rates with our Monitoring API and Cluster Management API and additionally seeing issues logging into our Management Console. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Existing customer clusters are unaffected. The Management Console and Cluster Management API are partially degraded at this time.

In addition, operations on existing clusters such as replacing nodes and restores aren't functional, and we are investigating elevated latencies with the Monitoring API.
