The provider we use for "Quick Setup" TLS/SSL certificate hosting on Help Center is experiencing issues, which is impacting the availability of Help Centers configured to use "Quick Setup" TLS/SSL custom domains.
This issue is also impacting the availability of https://trust.intercom.com and other third party integrations such as x.com. We are monitoring the situation.
