We have been informed by Telus that the root cause was identified - a code change was prematurely deployed to production on Monday morning. This change will be rolled back on Thursday at 8:00 AM ET.
The IM team has investigated and found that the issue appears to be on Telus' end. We have reached out to them and are awaiting their response.
