When launching Adobe software with Northeastern accounts, an Adobe license warning message may appear. The error is expected and related to the annual Adobe license renewal process underway.
There's no interruption to Adobe services at this time. The community can continue to access Adobe applications despite the warning message.
This issue is being monitored while the license renewal is completed. Updates will be posted as needed. If you're unable to access an Adobe application or experience issues beyond the warning message, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
