Slow response from Jive

The permanent fix has been deployed as part of the Jive Cloud version 3007.3.1. The identified issues have been resolved, but we are still monitoring the situation.

We are monitoring the performance of Jive having implemented the temporary fix and as we continue to test the permanent remedy. The implementation of this remedy will not involve downtime or any service degradation and hence, if you experience any such activity, please raise the issue in the normal way.

We have identified certain clients who's use of a particular query was causing issues and we have applied a temporary fix for those clients only. A permanent fix is now being prepared and will be rolled out as soon as testing is complete.

Further to the message sent a few minutes ago, we have identified the cause and are implementing a fix for it.

We are aware that many users are experiencing slow performance and degraded responses when accessing Jive. We are investigating the cause and will post further updates in this forum.
