We encountered a technical issue that temporarily froze customer progression through date-based Automations between August 24, 2026 and August 27th, 2026. This meant that any time-sensitive campaigns you had running, like limited-time offers or deadline-based sequences may not have sent to all intended customers. The issue is fully resolved and automations have resumed normally.
If you had a time-sensitive automation that was intended to be processed over this time period, and believe you may be affected, please reach out to support@kajabi.com.
