Video Processing and Audio Playback Issues

Reprocessing of the affected videos has now been completed. All previously uploaded videos experiencing audio dropouts have been fixed and should be playing normally. Thank you for your patience while we worked with our provider to resolve this issue.

Some previously uploaded videos may continue to show audio dropouts until that reprocessing completes. Our team is working as quickly as possible alongside our provider and will post another update once reprocessing has finished.

We have identified the cause of the issues affecting video uploads and playback. A change made by our third-party video hosting provider is responsible for the longer processing times and audio dropouts reported on some recently uploaded videos.

The change has been rolled back to prevent new uploads from being affected, and impacted videos are being reprocessed.

Our team is working as quickly as possible alongside our provider to fully resolve this and will share an update when we have more information.
