Kami Slowdown Issues with loading/saving work

This incident has been resolved.

We've now rolled back the change that we believe was responsible for the performance issues in Kami. Everything looks to be back up and running smoothly, however, we'll keep monitoring to make sure everything is working as expected.

We are aware that Kami is currently experiencing reduced performance when it comes to loading files, saving annotations, and exporting documents out of Kami.
