We are currently experiencing browser specific accessibility issue with our Backup Portal(http://portal.backup.net).

Users may receive an error when trying to access the Portal using Firefox browser. Customers are requested to use Chrome or Edge browser instead for time being.

Our team is focused on identifying and resolving this issue currently.
