Some recipient change stream events failing to publish to customer data warehouse connections

Intermittent errors publishing recipient change events to customer data warehouse connections resolved at 01:15 ET. We are still working with our vendor to identify the source of the partial outage. We are also still working to replay publish of failed change events.

We’re investigating an increase in errors capturing recipient change events for synchronization with customer data warehouse connections. Our current assessment is that this is due to a vendor outage. We are currently capturing these failed change events in our own infrastructure for later replay to customer systems.
