We are continuing to see full resolution of tracked link routing. However, we are leaving this incident open until Cloudflare gives the all clear on their end.

Cloudflare has implemented a fix and we are seeing tracked link resolution errors subside and new tracking event ingestion return to normal levels within Knock. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

We have implemented a change that should restore access to the Knock Dashboard for most customers. You may need to login to your account again to regain access.

The following Knock components are either fully or partially unavailable due to the ongoing Cloudflare outage:

• The Knock Dashboard is unaccessible by most customers, since we route access to the Dashboard via Cloudflare.

• Most tracked links are failing to resolve, since we route tracked link resolution through an edge service powered by Cloudflare.

Workflow execution and notification delivery is unimpacted at this time. Knock will continue to process your workflow triggers as expected. We are also still successfully generating new tracked links for your notifications.

Once Cloudflare's outage is resolved, tracked link resolution for your existing links will resume successfully, as will Knock Dashboard access.

We are continuing to investigate and monitor the situation closely.
