Outage Details

We have observed that some incoming calls to the Kore IVA SmartAssist system are intermittently experiencing dead air. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on remediation with the highest priority. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to identify the root cause and implement a permanent fix. We will keep you updated as soon as we have further information or a resolution.
