The temporary service degradation affecting authentication and workspace tool access on the Agent Platform (US SaaS) has been fully resolved. The underlying issue causing transient password retry errors and failed initialization of workflow and code tools within Agent V1 workspaces has been identified and remediated. All services on agent-platform.kore.ai are operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience
