We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
The issue was caused by the data_model_Item::systemSku field being marked as "read-only", which is intended for derived data not corresponding to a database field, leading to its omission during bulk storage conversions. The feature causing this behavior has been rolled back, sessions for currently logged-in users have been purged to force a logout, and preparations for a data migration to restore damaged data are underway.
