RESOLVED 14 days ago - at 03/26/2025 07:17AM

The hotfix to resolve the “Refund Cancelled” error for partial refunds has been successfully deployed and is now considered stable. Users should no longer encounter this issue when processing partial refunds through POS.

If you are still seeing this error, it’s likely that not all registers have received the update. Please ensure all POS devices have been synced to apply the fix.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

The hotfix to resolve the “Refund Cancelled” error for partial refunds has now been deployed. Users should no longer encounter this issue when processing partial refunds through POS.

Any partial refunds processed before 4:30pm AEDT may still show inaccurate refunded amounts in POS sales history, but the underlying refunds were successfully completed.

We’ll continue to monitor system performance closely.

We’re preparing to deploy a hotfix at 4:00pm AEDT to resolve the issue affecting partial refunds. After the update, users should no longer see the “Refund Cancelled” error when processing partial refunds through POS.

Please note that money movement is not affected — refunds have still been processed successfully. However, POS sales history may not accurately reflect refunded amounts for any partial refunds processed before 4:00pm.

We’ll confirm once the fix is live and will continue monitoring system performance.
