Our upstream partner has confirmed that a fix has been implemented to resolve the payout processing issue. We are seeing early signs of recovery, and many delayed payouts have already been successfully processed. Any remaining pending payments are expected to be cleared shortly as the system catches up. We will continue to monitor the situation closely until all cycles have returned to normal.
We have identified an issue currently impacting payout processing for a subset of Hospitality accounts due to an issue with one of our upstream partners. This has resulted in a temporary pause on payouts and delays while we work to correct the error.
Our teams are in direct coordination with the partner's technical leadership and are working aggressively to unblock all pending payments. Restoring regular payout cycles is our highest priority, and we have provided the necessary data to the provider to address the configurations causing the pause.
