Additionally some Classwize Services and DNS Resolution Services may be impacted. Our engineering team is working through the issue now and any updates will be posted as soon as they are available.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and have taken steps to restore the functionality of all services. Users should be able to access School Manager features now, including updating rules. There will be a delay in reporting services at this time. An update will be provided when reporting is once again fully functional.
