Red Flag Alert Delivery Delay

We are currently experiencing a delay in the delivery of Red Flag alerts, which may also result in temporarily incomplete User Journey reports.

Our engineering team is actively working to restore normal delivery as quickly as possible. All other systems remain fully operational.

A resolution update will be posted here as soon as service is restored. If the issue is not resolved sooner, we will provide another update by 4:00 p.m. EST.

Our engineering team continues to work on restoring Red Flag alert delivery. At this time, the issue remains ongoing, and you may still see delays in alert delivery or incomplete data in User Journey reports.
