Docrio Calendar Sync Issue

We have confirmed that the Docrio Calendar syncing issue has been resolved. Please allow time through the rest of today for backlogged events to be synced, and reach out to Litify Support if you still see syncing issues tomorrow.

Litify has put a fix in place, and the queue/backlog of events is steadily decreasing. We are continuing to monitor the rate of backlog decline. Please note that all events that were not synced should sync as the backlog decreases. We will provide another update as we have more information.

The Docrio Calendar Sync issue is still ongoing. We have identified the cause, but additional investigation is required. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we have them.

We have received multiple reports of Docrio Calendar Sync issues where Litify events are not appearing in Outlook. Our Product & Engineering team is actively investigating. We will provide an update as soon as we have it.
