Microsoft has remediated the issues that caused the deprecation of Learn365 services.

We would let you know that Microsoft has implemented networking configuration changes and has performed failovers to alternate networking paths to provide relief. Monitoring telemetry shows improvement in service availability, and they are continuing to monitor to ensure full recovery.

We have received feedback from some customers that issues accessing Learn365 have been resolved.
Microsoft has also pushed an additional update to their status page. We are hopeful this incident will be fully resolved soon. We will continue to monitor for further issues.

As per Microsoft:

We have multiple engineering teams engaged to diagnose and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We've identified multiple workstreams and are working to mitigate impacted workstreams by performing failover operations. More details will be provided as they become available.
