Outage Details
We identified and fixed an issue related to webhook events that were being sent in an unexpected format. This only impacted rendering events (.rendered_pdf and .rendered_thumbnails). The events mistakenly contained tracking objects instead of tracking_events between August 10th, 3:30 PM PT to August 15th, 5PM PT.
