LogicMonitor is currently investigating potential impacts to our Alert Delivery, Graphing Component(s).

This incident has been resolved.

We have mitigated the backend service stability issue which impacted graphing for a limited number of customers in the EMEA Region. At this time, no further graphing visualization issues or delays should be seen for customers in the previously affected portion of the EMEA Region. We are still working on restoring full service redundancy, and will be monitoring the stabilized backend services until the maintenance work in response to this event is complete.

LogicMonitor is currently investigating technical abnormalities, which may be impacting customer accounts. We will update once we have further information on the full scope of impact.
