LogicMonitor is currently investigating potential impacts to our Topology Mapping Component(s).

This incident has been resolved.

Remediation of the issue has been in progress since last update.

We expect another 36 hours for full remediation of Topology Mapping.

Data Ingestion, Alerting, and Data Persistence components remain unaffected. The only impact is viewing topology graphs with completely up-to-date data for a small subset of customers in the AMER - EAST region

A fix to the Topology Mapping service has been applied and we are monitoring the results. The impact to affected customers is delayed updates to topology maps. We expect service to be fully restored within the next four hours.

We have identified what is causing a performance impact to our Topology Mapping and are beginning to implement a short-term fix to restore service.

LogicMonitor is currently investigating technical abnormalities, which may be impacting customer accounts. We will update once we have further information on the full scope of impact.
