LogicMonitor is currently investigating potential impacts to our Time Series Data Ingestion and Persistence Component(s).

This incident has been resolved.

We have narrowed the scope to a small subset of customers across the AMER-WEST region. Customer Success Managers will be reaching out to those customers who are affected to work through any remediation efforts. No further updates will be posted to this status page.

We are continuing to investigate and will provide another update on Friday, July 21st by 5pm PT.

We have identified an issue impacting GCP resources across a subset of accounts. The v190 release of LogicMonitor included cleanup tasks to remove inactive monitoring instances that were mistakingly added. Historical graphing data is missing for some GCP resources. Alerting does not appear to be impacted. The root cause has been identified and we will be producing a Root Cause Analysis document next week.
Our teams are focused on understanding the full scope of impact and remediation options. We will provide another update by this evening.
