LogicMonitor is currently investigating potential impacts to our Graphing Component(s).

This incident has been resolved.

A Hotfix release of LogicMonitor has been produced to resolve the issues with the Custom Graph Dashboard Widgets.

We will be deploying this to all impacted customers today. It will be deployed in batches over the course of two hours between 12:00pm PT and 2:00pm PT. Portal access will be interrupted for two minutes in most cases and up to five minutes for a small subset of customers.

Our normal process is to provide 24-48 hours of advanced notice for portal disruptions per https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/about-logicmonitor/overview/logicmonitor-maintenance-window#deployment. We are making an exception here in order to provide prompt resolution of impact.

The LogicMonitor team has identified the probable cause of the Custom Graph Dashboard Widgets issue and has developed a potential fix. We have evaluated the fix in our QA environment and currently automation testing is in-progress, after that will deploy the fix in Production. We will provide another update as soon as we have a change in status.
