We are pleased to inform you that our Product Team has created a hotfix for the issue affecting our Custom HTTP integration. We are now in the process of rolling out this hotfix to production, ensuring it is implemented as seamlessly as possible. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates on our progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We have identified an issue and backend team is working on preparing the hotfix for it. Alert delivery is only impacted for a subset of customers in each region after today's deployment. We will provide further updates once they can assess the situation. Estimated time to update ~1 hour.

LogicMonitor is currently investigating technical abnormalities, which may be impacting customer accounts. We will update once we have further information on the full scope of impact.
