We are currently experiencing degraded performance when attempting to generate labels through Ship By Loop and EasyPost. The issue has been identified as stemming from one of our third-party integrations and impacting UPS labels.
The third-party provider is actively investigating to resolve it. Please note that this is isolated to label generation via Ship By Loop and EasyPost and does not impact other shipping methods or services.

EasyPost has identified the issue causing degraded performance impacting label generation for UPS. A fix is being implemented.
