This morning we were informed that our third-party vendor is experiencing a major outage, impacting their services and large parts of the internet. As a result, our Help and Support (contact center) is currently unavailable. We are in close contact with our third-party vendor and will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.

Our Help Center is still fully operational, and we are still receiving customer messages. However, the AI is currently unavailable, so replies may take longer than usual. You can still reach us through the app, but be aware that all responses may be delayed.

Additionally, due to an exceptionally high volume of calls, we've had to close our phone lines earlier today to ensure the best possible service for customers already in the queue. We will be back on the phones tomorrow at 09:00 AM.

Our Help Center is fully operational again, and we’re now able to view and respond to customer inquiries.

Customers can also reach us through the app; however, the AI is still experiencing slower response times than usual. As a result, replies may take a bit longer throughout the day while we continue to experience some instability.

We are starting to see some recovery, and customers are now able to access the Help & Support function again.

We are not yet able to respond to messages, so we still recommend calling for urgent matters or trying again later.
