Please note that August 10th is a public holiday in South Africa, during which banks do not process any payments. This means that any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed until August 11th.
The delay only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals will be processed as usual in accordance with our service level agreements.
