Partial Switch-Back to US Primary Data Center

Dear Customers,

We are planning a partial switch-back to the US Primary Data Center following the successful completion of maintenance activities. This switch-back is scheduled for 18th January 2025, between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM PST.

The switch-back has been carefully planned in batches to ensure the stability of services. During this phase, services will run from both Primary and DR DC, and inter-data center traffic between services may result in a slight latency issue.

We do not anticipate any major interruptions, and you should be able to continue using all services as usual. If no issues are observed, we will complete the switch-back for the remaining services next week.
