We are remediating this issue. The remediation will be completed soon. Please reach out to your Marqeta Account Manager for the incident report.
We identified that a single clearing file was sent to us this morning by MasterCard containing the clearing transactions from June. All transactions have been posted to customer environments and there are no further transactions to be posted. We are investigating the root cause of this file transmission and also assessing the remediation options.
