Outage Details

We have identified a delay to all Mention Me webhooks. These impact our integrations with Emarsys, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Bloomreach, Ometria, Attentive and client specific webhooks. The current delay is around 70 minutes, although this is currently increasing. For the avoidance of doubt, we can confirm that there is no loss of data via webhooks, simply a delay in the processing of them. The issue was first identified at 9:10am (BST) on 22nd May 2024. We’ve identified the cause is a third-party supplier who we are liaising with and will provide an update by no later than 10:30am on 22nd May 2024 (BST).

Our third party provider has resolved their issue and we have now processed the backlog.

All integrations are now working as normal.

Our third party supplier has successfully applied a fix. We are seeing the delay to processing times starting to reduce as the backlog is worked through.

We are expecting the backlog to processing to be resolved to normal by no later than 2pm BST.

We will provide an update at 14:00pm on 22nd May 2024 BST (or sooner, as applicable) to confirm.
