MeridianLink experienced a major service incident where PreciseID errors prevented consumer application requests from being processed due to technical issues at Experian, a third-party fraud prevention vendor. The incident affected the Consumer App Fraud Prevention Vendors component for 16.1 hours before being fully resolved. Experian's technical problems caused the processing failures, and the issue was monitored until complete resolution was confirmed.

We are currently receiving reports of a PreciseID error that is preventing requests from being processed. Experian is experiencing technical issues on their end. We will provide updates as they become available.
