We've received feedback from users that any user that created an account since October 1, 2024, may be unable to create new chats with other newly created users and instead receive an invite. We've reproduced the issue on our test accounts and our initial review indicates that user profiles aren't found. We're reviewing and gathering service logs to determine why these profiles aren't found and how to best remediate impact.
