Current Status: Following our investigation, we identified that a service dependency deployed an update that contained a misconfiguration, which impacted the underlying service infrastructure utilized by Omnichannel for Customer Service. We have created and deployed a hotfix to address this issue and are restarting the impacted service nodes to ensure the hotfix is applied.
