Web Security DNS issues - UK Grid

We are aware that some customers hosted on our UK grid may be experiencing intermittent DNS resolution failures impacting internet access. We are currently investigating the issue and updates will be posted here as they become available.

As we continued making configuration changes to mitigate the issue for UK Web Security customers, we saw significant improvements to error counts and latency, but this has correlated with the end of the UK workday so is deemed inconclusive. Our Engineering team continues to work on a resolution; however, unless there are significant developments, our next update will be tomorrow morning, UK time.

Following the configuration changes made overnight, we are closely monitoring the logs as UK customer traffic increases. While some intermittent issues remain, our teams are actively investigating. Further updates will be provided here.
