The Salesforce Technology Team have reported a known Spring '23 release issue with failing Visualforce pages.
Natterbox customers may experience issues with AVS pages failing to load and receive a message advising 'Insufficient privileges'
Workaround: Please have the Salesforce ID alone from the URL and directly access the record page using the Id in the URL. It should allow the users to access the record page selected.
We’ll provide further updates when additional information becomes available from Salesforce.
