We have had reports from a number of customers that they are experiencing problems making and receiving calls. We are currently investigating .
A configuration change has been made and now inbound & outbound calls appear to be successful. There are delays to outbound calls connecting, however, they are successful. Any customer still having connectivity issues should refresh their CTI session
Testing has shown that the configuration change made earlier has resolved the issue, we will continue to monitor the situation.
