Call connectivity issues

Some outbound calls in EMEA were intermittently impacted from 16:05 to 17:15 (UK time). From 16:05 some inbound calls continue to intermittently fail.
This issue is due to a third party telecom provider. We are monitoring the situation and will update you in the next 30 minutes.

The status remains unchanged. Some inbound calls are still intermittently failing in EMEA. The next update will be in 30 minutes.

The issue with the third party telecom provider is still ongoing. We are continuing to liaise with them and will provide a further update in 1 hour.

The issue with the third party telecom provider is still ongoing. Their initial investigations have identified BGP 'flapping' in one of their European networks and their engineering team are working to isolate the problem. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them.

There is no further update from the telecom provider, however our own monitoring indicates a significant improvement over the last 30 minutes in all of the provider's affected networks. We will continue to monitor and provide any further updates once we have them.

The provider has isolated the problem, which was due to BGP attribute handling, and they have started rollout of the solution across their network. Services are restored where this has been done, and they expect all services to be back online in the next hour.
